Please use the Grocery
Store Checklist to survey the health and safety of Detroit area
grocery stores. The Detroit Community Grocery Store Coalition will
use these checklists to aid our food justice campaigns. The food
justice work group seeks to hold grocery stores, government
regulatory and enforcement agencies accountable for basic health and
safety regulations within Detroit grocery stores.
Please fill out
the checklist
completely and return it to the address on the
bottom of the checklist. Thank you for taking the time to help
